Processing Times

  • All orders are custom-made and require 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.
  • Bulk and high-detail custom orders may take additional time. We will notify you if extra time is needed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing.
  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier before contacting us.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist with a resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or an error on our part. If you have any issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
